The airport service charter was created as a regulatory compliance with the Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers, issued in December 1998 and published based on Law No. 273 of 11/7/1995.

In addition to providing useful information for passengers, details about our activities, services at the airport, and characteristics of our airport, the service charter also contains the quality standards of our offer, expressed by transiting passengers through the completion of specific questionnaires.
