Fast Track is the reserved lane that allows quick access to security checks. It allows you to make your passage through the airport faster, giving you more time at your disposal.

Purchasing is simple

The Fast Track service can be purchased at the airport by all departing passengers at the ticket counters for a cost of 3.00 Euros (VAT included). Children up to 12 years old have the right to free access.

Hours and Access Methods

Access to the Fast Track gate is through a dedicated and marked lane.
The user must show the receipt obtained at the time of purchase to the Airport staff. The service is always active.

Terms of Use

General Rules

To use the service, the passenger must:
a) have a travel ticket and a valid boarding pass;
b) possess a ticket for the use of the service purchased at the ticket office of Umbria International Airport.
Within the same trip, the ticket can be used only once and is non-transferable.
The passenger is required to respect the times set by the carrier for arrival at the airport and at the boarding gate.
In case of flight cancellation or for any other cause independent of the Airport Manager’s will, no refund of the amount paid is provided in any way. If the copy has been handed over to the control staff and the facilitated passage has been made, it will not be possible to use the service again.
In case of temporary unavailability of services due to contingent causes (e.g., staff shortage or strike, flight cancellation, emergency situations, etc.), Umbria International Airport will commit to restoring regular operation and minimizing inconvenience to passengers. In this case, the unused ticket, validated by the on-duty control staff to certify its unusability, will give access to the service on a subsequent trip or to a refund. In no case will the failure to use the service entitle the passenger to claims for damages.
The single ticket is valid for one access only. Multiple single tickets can be purchased simultaneously, for example in the case of families, groups of friends or work colleagues, by making a single payment transaction.

The Service

The service allows access to the area preceding the security filters, using a dedicated entrance, different from the normal path of departing passengers.
Umbria International Airport will not be responsible for any inconvenience to passengers resulting from a high number of users of the Fast Track service or access by other authorized personnel through the aforementioned dedicated path.
Fast Track does not entitle you to use a dedicated security filter.
The passenger is required to comply with the security regulations in force at the airport and the carrier’s policy regarding hand luggage transport and will therefore be subject to the relevant checks at the boarding gates; therefore, they are obliged to independently verify compliance with baggage dimensions and any other rules established by the transport conditions of the chosen Airline for the journey.
Umbria International Airport will not be held responsible in any way in case of missed flight due to late arrival at the gate. It will also not be held responsible in any way if the passenger is denied access to the boarding area for non-compliance with security regulations and the carrier’s policy regarding hand luggage. If, within the same trip, the passenger intends to use the dedicated Fast Track access again, they must be in possession of a new access ticket.
Access to Fast Track is through the dedicated path specifically marked. After access, the passenger will be directed by the staff to one of the available security filters and must queue behind passengers who have already engaged the aforementioned gate.
The Fast Track product is available as a single entry purchasable through the Airport ticket office.
The entry is valid immediately and allows a single Fast Track passage. Once used, the ticket will no longer provide any access rights and will not be refundable for any reason.
